Quality Inn & Suites Port Huron

The room #124 was clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean but when you turned the water on in the tub the shower came on and you couldn't shut it off. the location was perfect for what I had to do. Breakfast was available but I didn't use the service.

Natalie was absolutely fabulous. Although neither of us is handicapped our Booking.com room was designed for those with disabilities. It was sizeable,k great shower, well light but without a refrigerator. We asked Natalie if it were possible to have a refrigerator brought to our room but she said that she could relocate us. She found us a room though she had to clean it before we could occupy it. She is an amazing worker. She runs from one end of the building to the other cleaning, meeting people's needs, getting breakfast served and all with a smile and good nature. Though all businesses are short-handed and getting people to work even if they have a job is difficult she is overworked. Quality Inn is so very fortunate to have her and our hope is that they treat her well.
